Charity Shop Manager: Lead Sales, Merch & Team

Lewis-Manning Hospice Care is seeking a Shop Manager for our Highcliffe store. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure the shop looks amazing, and deliver an exceptional experience for every customer and donor who walks through the door.

You will drive sales, manage a team of staff and volunteers, handle donations, and maintain high standards of merchandising, service, and safety. This is a busy charity shop role in a vibrant community, with opportunities to support other Lewis-Manning shops
