Hotel Maintenance Manager – On-Call, Safety Focused

Millennium Hotels & Resorts UK is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and oversee reactive and preventative maintenance across the Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley. You will ensure safety compliance, manage a busy team, and coordinate across departments to keep hotel estates in top condition.

The role requires a fully qualified electrician and/or plumber; you will work to regulatory standards and be on the out-of-hours on-call rota as needed.
