Duty Manager — Lead Shifts, Guest Care & Hotel Ops

Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager for Herne Bay. You will lead hotel operations on your shift, coordinating reception, housekeeping and restaurant duties to ensure guests have a great stay. This role requires energy, decision-making and calm leadership during busy periods.

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract, with shifts including evenings and weekends, at a location in Herne Bay, Kent. Training and progression opportunities are offered as part of a supportive team.
