Hotel Duty Manager: Lead Shifts, Delight Guests

Whitbread PLC is seeking a Duty Manager in Norwich East (Broadlands / A47) for Premier Inn. You’ll lead a busy hotel shift, working across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay.

This role emphasizes frontline leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on management on the floor. You don’t need prior hotel experience; your ability to lead, stay calm, and make decisions under pressure will be trained and developed.
