Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking an AC Team Leader in Fareham to join a well-established building services provider. On-site role handling commissioning, servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems across commercial, MOD and industrial sites.

The ideal candidate will have F‑Gas qualification, proven leadership experience, and full UK driving licence. Manufacturer training with Samsung, Mitsubishi or Daikin is advantageous; progression to on-site leadership is supported.
