Hospitality Safety & Operations Leader

Soho House is seeking a Safety and Operations Manager to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, staff and assets. You will uphold legal and operational safety standards and drive a culture of safe behaviour across the House.

You will collaborate with managers to lead licensing compliance, security and maintenance programs, and manage BOH operations and costs while providing regular reports to the GM and management team.
