HSE Manager: Lead Factory Safety & Culture

Refresco is seeking a hands-on HSE Manager to turn strategy into tangible results on the Milton Keynes site. The role leads the HSE agenda, drives the safety culture, ensures compliance, and partners with leadership and operations to deliver measurable improvements.

You will work with regulators including the Environment Agency, develop reports, and implement safety initiatives across blue- and white-collar teams. A NEBOSH Diploma and 5+ years in manufacturing HSE are expected.
