Domestic & General is seeking an Outcomes Tester to join the Controls Office and help ensure customers achieve the right outcomes across journeys. The role supports risk identification, improvements, and meaningful insights for customer, regulatory and business outcomes.

The successful candidate will analyze information, write clear reports for senior stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hybrid setting. FCA regulatory knowledge is advantageous.
