Senior Apprenticeships & Education Coordinator

Rullion is recruiting a Senior Skills and Education Co-ordinator to support early career development programmes at our client’s site in Lincoln. The role is primarily on-site with some flexibility and involves coordinating apprenticeships, internships and graduate schemes.

You will design training programmes that comply with Ofsted and DfE regulations, liaise with educational institutions, and deputise for the Skills and Education Manager as the second Ofsted nominee.
