Online Delivery Operations Lead

Sainsbury’s is looking for a Lead Online Manager to direct the online delivery operation from our store. You will oversee a small team of managers and ensure every order is fulfilled on time and to standard.

The role requires data-driven leadership, strong KPI management, and the ability to plan for trading events. You will coach leaders, manage performance, and own overnight processes to deliver excellent customer service.
