Store Team Manager: Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

Matalan in Tendring is looking for a Team Manager to model our values, coach a high-energy team and optimise sales. You will lead daily store operations, drive performance, and act as the store in the manager’s absence, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

You’ll engage customers, role-model excellent service, support VM standards, manage opening and closing, and nurture talent through feedback and coaching.
