Deputy Children’s Home Manager – Trauma-Informed Leader

Sgscare is seeking a Deputy Children’s Manager for a Residential Children’s Home in the Stafford area. The role involves leading care practices, supervising staff, and ensuring safeguarding and regulatory compliance while working directly with children to promote positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and be willing to complete Level 5 Leadership & Management. Sleep-ins and weekend work are required.
