- Experience of Radiology booking, administration and patient access services.

- Evidence of effective working relationships with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Track record of supporting innovation and service improvement.
Desirable criteria
- Substantial management experience at Band 7 or equivalent, with responsibility for complex services and senior decision-making.
- Experience of managing multi-site services and responding to significant operational pressure
- Experience of leading complex transformation, recovery or productivity programmes.
- Experience of business-case development, contracting, outsourcing or insourcing.
- Experience of governance, risk, incidents and complaints at senior level.
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Comprehensive understanding of Radiology operations, patient pathways and diagnostic performance standards.

- Understanding of HR processes, workforce planning and rota management.
