Strategic Change Leader Hybrid Public Sector Transformation

Public Sector Organisation in central London is seeking a Strategic Change Manager on an initial 6-month contract to lead people, organisational and cultural aspects of major transformation programmes, delivering sustainable benefits.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will influence senior stakeholders, shape operating models and drive adoption across departments. Hybrid work, 3 days per week. Rate is £600-£650 per day umbrella.
