Senior NEC Contract QS – Utilities, Hybrid Leeds

LONG O DONNELL seeks a Senior Project Manager with extensive NEC contract experience to lead a major utility infrastructure project in Leeds. You will manage NEC 3/4 contracts, advise clients, and oversee the full project lifecycle from tendering through final accounts.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 3+ years PQS experience on utility projects, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. This is a hybrid role with two days on site.
