Duty Manager: Lead Fast-Paced Retail Shifts

SSP is hiring a Duty Manager for M&S Simply Food at Stansted Airport. You will own opening/closing and daily operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure high standards of customer service during busy shifts.

This full-time role (40 hrs) offers a base rate of £14.25 per hour with a night uplift to £15.75; shifts from 4:30am to 00:30. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays is required.
