Night Shift Warehouse Leader: Transport & Ops

Lidl GB is seeking a Shift Leader to help run operations in one of our warehouses, leading by example to deliver daily performance. You’ll line-manage a great team, oversee night shifts from 20:00 to 06:30 and train new starters, supporting colleagues to stay motivated and work as a cohesive unit.

We offer £30,000 – £37,000 per annum, 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave and ongoing training.
