Early Years Team Leader — Inclusive, Impactful Role

Norcot Early Years Centre in Reading Borough Council’s Waterside Day Care is seeking a Level 3 qualified Team Leader to join the team on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible. The post is a 37-hour-per-week, full-time position with alternating early and late shifts.

You will be a keyworker for a group of children, completing relevant paperwork, and working to the revised EYFS. You will model inclusive practice within an experienced team.
