Regional Head of Business Operations — UKI & MEA (Hybrid)

Swiss Re in Folkestone seeks an experienced regional operations leader to steer UKI & MEA operations across treaty onboarding, accounting, cash management and performance. You will build a high-performing leadership team, embed a culture of ownership and client focus, and drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end lifecycle.

You will shape strategy, deliver measurable outcomes, manage costs and risks, and partner with Finance, Actuarial and Market Units to enable sustainable growth.
