Securitisation Counsel – Securities & Asset Management

Lloyds Banking Group seeks a Securitisation Lawyer to join the Securities & Asset Management Legal team in London in a permanent, hybrid role. The team supports UK and overseas clients across securitisations and related capital market products.

You will advise on complex securitisation transactions, negotiating documents with issuers, internal teams and external counsel, while monitoring regulatory developments and delivering commercial, risk-aware legal guidance.
