Senior Quality Engineer, Semiconductors & NPI Impact

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer for an international semiconductor client to lead customer quality investigations, drive improvements, and ensure robust quality processes across product development and manufacturing.

You will own RMAs/NCMRs, collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams, and apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S within ISO 9001. Strong knowledge of high-speed optics and transistor technologies is essential.
