Maintenance Engineering Manager: Lead Plant Reliability

Bostik is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function at our Leicester site. You will report to the Site Manager and drive safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant and equipment, leading internal and external resources and delivering capital projects.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years’ UK manufacturing experience, strong people management skills, and a passion for safety, reliability and continuous improvement.
