Interim Senior Legal Counsel

September start for a mid-senior commercial lawyer to join a busy legal team on an initial contract basis with potential to go permanent.

London office, hybrid working.

Reporting to the General Counsel you will take on a broad remit of BAU work for the team including:

• drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for public and private sectors clients
• advising on public procurement frameworks
• acting as a key point of contact for the business on general legal queries
• instructing external counsel when required
• supporting on the delivery of legal operations related initiatives

To be considered for this opportunity you will be 5+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained as a commercial lawyer in a similar capacity in-house. Strong contract drafting skills are key, as is being able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
