EMEA Regional Controller Fixed Income Financing – Senior Associate/ Vice President

Overview

In this role you will lead the EMEA team within Global Finance for Fixed Income Financing, aligning P&L, Risk, Balance Sheet and Liquidity disciplines with the desk and wider finance function. You will steer strategic technology uplift and robust controls while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive transformation. The position offers high-impact work during a critical period of change, shaping the operating model and resource strategy. You will work closely with treasury, capital management and technology to deliver firmwide process improvements and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in producing daily P&L and Risk and explain movements against market drivers
• Contribute to strategic technology projects to uplift P&L, Risk and Liquidity systems
• Maintain robust controls in partnership with Finance Control and Asset Class Control
• Manage ad-hoc analysis and deliverables including scenario runs and stress tests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions and process improvements

Key requirements

• Experience in product control, financial control, accounting, or related finance discipline within markets or banking
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas; VBA/Macros a plus) and comfort with finance systems
• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a rigorous control mindset
• Excellent communication to convey complex drivers to finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Experience in process improvement and/or automation in forecasting or reporting workflows
