Overview

In this role you will steer the technology strategy and oversee the systems landscape to enable growth. You will sit in the leadership team, driving business transformation projects and managing key vendor relationships. You will shape secure, scalable technology that supports long-term expansion while balancing hands-on leadership with strategic thinking. This is a high-autonomy role at a PE-backed firm, offering impact across technology, data, security and operations, with a clear focus on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy and systems landscape for the organisation
• Lead strategic transformation programmes and business change initiatives
• Oversee technology estate and drive improvements across systems, data, security and operations
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners
• Engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Provide hands-on leadership to build a scalable and secure technology function

Key requirements

• Experience leading technology strategy in a growing organisation
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications
• Proven success delivering transformation programmes
• Experience managing vendors and technology partners
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Commercial mindset with ability to influence at senior/executive level
