Overview

In this role, you will help shape new ventures and innovative solutions within Deloitte’s Innovation & Ventures team. You will lead workstreams, guide clients through risk-based methodologies and lean startup approaches, and translate insights into viable business models. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to drive impact across product, service, and business model innovation. Responsibilities

• Lead workstream teams and mentor junior talent
• Manage client engagements and present findings
• Structure problem-solving approaches (e.g., hypothesis-led)
• Develop commercial models, market analyses, and revenue/profit forecasts for new ventures
• Support business development and client relationship-building
• Contribute to thought leadership and evolution of methodologies

Key requirements

• Proven experience in Strategy or Innovation Consultancy, start-up, or corporate venture team
• Inquisitiveness, creativity, and ability to challenge corporate norms
• Structured problem-solving approach (e.g., hypothesis-led)
• Experience building financial and market models in innovation contexts (e.g., new product)
• Familiarity with lean start-up and innovation methodologies
• Ability to support clients through innovation processes (concept to MVP)
• Comfort working in highly ambiguous environments
• Willingness to obtain UK Security Clearance or NSV if required
