Responsibilities

• Define and lead product strategy across portfolios and markets
• Prioritize roadmaps using customer insight, market evidence, and business goals
• Deliver portfolio commitments within capacity, timescales and budgets
• Own portfolio governance, investment prioritisation and lifecycle management
• Drive customer retention, product performance and sustainable growth
• Establish meaningful product metrics and reporting
• Influence senior leaders on trade-offs and investments
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and governance requirements are met
• Lead strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration
• Build product capability, leadership succession, and high-performing teams
• Promote responsible AI adoption with governance and oversight
