Responsibilities

• advise on a wide range of corporate transactions including corporate finance, M&A, disposals, JVs, MBOs/MBIs, business transfers, and restructurings
• provide corporate advisory support to a diverse client base
• work closely with partners and cross-functional teams to manage deal execution and client relationships

Key requirements

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law
• experience handling broad range of corporate matters and transactions
• strong understanding of corporate advisory issues and deal execution
