In this role you will own the specification, architecture, design, implementation and verification of analog and RF blocks for 6G RF ICs. You will drive innovative signal path and synthesizer design to achieve leading performance and enable first-silicon validation. Responsibilities
- Own specification, architecture, circuit design, implementation and verification of analog and RF blocks and subsystems
- Develop and optimize RF transceiver architectures and signal paths for 6G ICs
- Drive first-silicon validation and ensure high-performance CMOS RF transceiver delivery
- Collaborate on design verification and layout optimization to meet production milestones
Key requirements
- BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Proven industry experience designing RF circuits in advanced CMOS technologies (16nm or below)
- Proven track record delivering high performance CMOS RF transceivers to mass production
- Excellent understanding of modern RF transceiver architectures
- Good working knowledge of RF IC layout optimisation techniques
