SENIOR / PRINCIPAL CIVIL ENGINEER

You will own and lead civil design across feasibility to construction, collaborating with clients and shaping the civil team’s development. Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design from feasibility through detailed design and construction
• Work on highways, drainage, earthworks, external works, levels, and infrastructure
• Develop drainage strategies and SuDS where appropriate
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders; perform technical checking
• Manage projects and mentoring of junior engineers
• Contribute to fee proposals, tenders and business development
• Support the growth and development of the civil engineering team

Key requirements

• significant UK consultancy/design experience
• strong background in civil engineering design; highways and drainage preferred
• experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage advantageous
• CEng/MICE or working towards Chartership desirable; strong senior/principal level experience considered
