Finance Systems Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage and optimise the core finance technology landscape for a global real estate-focused organisation. You will partner with finance, IT and operations to ensure reliable, well-controlled systems and deliver scalable improvements. You will lead the finance systems support desk, enhance processes, and drive upgrades and training to enable finance teams to work more efficiently. This is an opportunity to shape the finance systems strategy in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and support transformation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Analyse finance processes and translate them into effective system solutions
• Identify and deliver system enhancements to improve accuracy, controls and efficiency
• Lead the finance systems support desk and manage incidents
• Train end-users and produce clear documentation for system adoption
• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable system improvements
• Support upgrades, testing cycles and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives

Key requirements

• Experience in Real Estate or Data Centre industries
• Hands-on with Yardi or other Property Management Systems
• Experience integrating SAP Concur, BlackLine, Board, Power BI, Fabric
• Strong understanding of finance processes (revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, lease or asset management)
• Ability to analyse system workflows and implement process improvements
• Experience producing functional documentation and training materials
• Strong stakeholder management across finance, IT and operations
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced, global environment
