In this role, you join a sustainable general practice near Norwich, focusing on quality care over volume. You’ll work in a mid-sized team with an in-house home-visiting support and a clear pathway to partnership after 12 months. The position offers manageable 13-patient sessions with flexible start times and a built-in admin buffer, plus on-call duties included in salary. Responsibilities

• 6 to 8 sessions weekly with a Monday/Friday pattern
