Overview
In this role you will drive the London Client Experience Centre (CXC) briefing program, translating business goals into engaging executive briefings that strengthen C-suite relationships and accelerate outcomes. You will lead and mentor a CXC team, oversee end-to-end briefing lifecycle, and partner with cross-functional teams to align customer objectives with NTT DATA solutions. The position blends strategic planning, event execution, and continuous improvement to deliver world-class client experiences and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the executive briefing lifecycle from discovery to post-engagement analysis for the London CXC programme
- Collaborate with Innovation Centre and account/sales teams to design briefing strategies aligned with customer priorities and company goals
- Lead and mentor briefing staff and vendors; run planning sessions for upcoming engagements
- Oversee content quality, provide coaching on messaging and delivery to ensure executive-level impact
- Coordinate with Marketing Events Team for logistics and hospitality to deliver a world-class visitor experience
- Manage briefing management system, scheduling, policies, and budget alignment
- Develop and manage the CXC budget, including vendor payments and financial reporting
- Align internal and external stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are understood and met
- Advise account teams on opportunities using knowledge of NTT DATA portfolio and competitive landscape
- Capture and report KPIs and feedback; present insights to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement
- Support executive communications, PR/analyst relations, internal townhalls, and external partnerships
Key requirements
- 10–12 years in marketing, executive engagement, or briefing centre experience
- Minimum 5 years in a senior individual and/or team lead role
- Proven track record planning/executing executive-level events at scale
- Experience presenting to C-suite and senior executives
- Preference for background in technology, professional services, or managed services
- Experience managing programme budgets and vendor relationships in a global context
- Extensive experience with marketing software and Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
- English fluency; additional European languages advantageous
