Change Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive change management across technology and transformation programs to support adoption and long-term business outcomes. You will work with project teams, stakeholders and end users to plan, communicate and embed change, enabling successful adoption. You will conduct impact assessments, develop engagement, communication and training plans, and monitor readiness and adoption. You will contribute to the ACM practice and help continuously improve delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change management activities across technology and transformation projects
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
• Develop and implement engagement, communication, training and readiness plans
• Integrate change activities into project plans with delivery teams
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Identify and manage people-related risks including resistance and change fatigue
• Monitor adoption and readiness with recommendations to improve outcomes
• Produce progress updates and support governance and reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the ACM practice

Key requirements

• Experience delivering business change or adoption activities within technology, digital or organisational change programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Experience creating and executing change plans, impact assessments and engagement activities
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical change into business impact
• Experience working within complex or regulated environments
• Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG) or Project Management qualifications
• Experience supporting communications, training or adoption measurement activities
• Exposure to large-scale IT or digital transformation programmes
• Confidence working in fast paced environments with a delivery-focused approach
• Strong commercial or pre-sales experience would be preferred
