Overview

In this role you will lead analysis for Vanguard Europe’s partnership portfolio, shaping insights from market, competitive, and commercial data. You’ll own key workstreams, translate complex data into decision-ready narratives, and support partnership reviews with clear recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional deal teams to translate market context into actionable strategy. This is a track that drives impact through rigorous analytics and storytelling in a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Frame analytical questions and define approaches for partnership and deal initiatives
  • Lead analysis for bespoke arrangements across data, reporting, and operations
  • Incorporate competitive and market context to inform partnership strategy and positioning
  • Interpret, validate, and challenge complex data to generate decision-relevant insights
  • Apply commercial judgement to explain implications, risks, and trade-offs
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality, structuring outputs into clear narratives with recommendations
  • Conduct research on partnership models and strategic trends to produce actionable insights
  • Produce high-quality insight packs and materials to support reviews and decision making
  • Tailor messaging to different stakeholders to maximize impact
  • Operate independently at workstream level and build relationships across stakeholders
  • Support team capability through informal coaching and reinforce analytical standards
  • Contribute to wider projects and team priorities as required
