Overview
In this role you will shape the future direction of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service within an award-winning NHS Trust. As a nurse-led leader, you will drive quality improvement, workforce health strategy, and service transformation in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will influence senior decision-making and work closely with the Operational Head and Associate Director of Workforce Operations. Responsibilities
- Shape and implement workforce health and wellbeing strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
- Influence senior decision-making and lead service development for the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service
- Provide clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Work jointly with the Operational Head and report to the Associate Director of Workforce Operations
- Drive service transformation and continuous improvement within the nurse-led model
- Engage staff effectively and manage large teams with a focus on quality and impact
Key requirements
- Extensive post-registration nursing experience in an occupational health setting
- Extensive operational management experience with large staff groups
- Proven engagement and management of staff
- Strong numerical and data analytical skills (spreadsheets and databases)
- Experience working autonomously as a clinical practitioner in a nurse-led service
