Overview

In this role you will help shape how digital money and blockchain-enabled solutions are used in commercial banking. You will join a growing Digital Assets team and translate emerging technologies into scalable client propositions. You’ll lead the rollout of stablecoins and tokenised deposits while collaborating with cross-functional partners to align strategy with regulatory and governance frameworks. This is a high-impact opportunity to build a new capability from the ground up and influence money movement at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and launch of Digital Assets propositions across Business & Commercial Banking
  • Support rollout and ongoing development of stablecoin-based transfer capabilities
  • Contribute to tokenised deposits and other digital money solutions
  • Develop business cases, proposition requirements and product roadmaps
  • Manage products through their lifecycle from concept to launch and continued development
  • Translate Digital Assets technologies into practical, scalable solutions
  • Build customer and market insights to guide design and opportunities
  • Coordinate delivery across Product, Platform, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Coverage and Group Digital Assets teams
  • Support operating models, controls and governance frameworks for new capabilities
  • Partner with sales and relationship teams to support client engagement and growth
  • Explore applications across Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending and Working Capital
  • Build relationships across the Digital Assets ecosystem and participate in industry forums and partnerships

Key requirements

  • Strong understanding of Digital Assets (stablecoins, tokenisation, digital wallets, blockchain-enabled services)
  • Product management experience from concept to launch
  • Experience in payments, transaction banking, commercial banking, FinTech or related financial services
  • Track record delivering products through complex, cross-functional organisations with business, technology and control teams
  • Strong communication, partner management and influencing skills
  • Desirable: experience in wholesale Digital Assets, regulated stablecoins, tokenised deposits or digital cash solutions
