Overview

As Head of Clinical Trial Operations, you will lead operational activities across a diverse portfolio of trials, from first-in-human studies to large randomized trials. You will work closely with the LCTC Director to align operations with university goals and research priorities, driving operational excellence and strategic growth. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient trial delivery, contributing to the centre’s mission of world‑class academic clinical research. This role offers a chance to shape trial operations at scale within a collaborative, impact-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operational activity for the trials portfolio
• Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and quality assurance across trials
