Overview

In this role you will originate and shape high-value cyber opportunities for NCC Group, translating technical depth into compelling propositions for growth. You will engage senior client stakeholders, lead cross-functional pursuit teams, and steer strategic deals that strengthen NCC Group’s position as a long-term cyber resilience partner. You’ll operate within the Global Growth Team focusing on the Public Sector, addressing regulatory, risk, and identity themes at executive levels. This is a client-facing, advisory leadership role with significant impact on growth and market positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Originate, shape and execute large, strategic cyber opportunities to support growth and win rate
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, board-level audiences)
  • Apply consulting approach to link client priorities and regulatory pressures to NCC Group’s capabilities
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to craft robust, client-relevant solutions
  • Prioritize opportunities using governance and strategic fit to optimize investment
  • Advise clients on governance, regulatory readiness, digital identity, cloud security, third-party risk, AI governance, incident readiness and continuous assurance

Key requirements

  • Significant senior-level experience in cybersecurity, advisory, consulting, or complex enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of originating or closing strategic opportunities and large transformational deals
  • Strong understanding of cyber risk, regulatory expectations, third-party risk, and board-level reporting
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical capability into commercial outcomes
  • Extensive senior customer network with ability to generate pipeline and revenue growth
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity services including governance, identity, cloud security, incident readiness, AI security, and third-party risk
  • Collaborative and proactive style
  • Excellent communication and influencing across sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership
