Cloud Solutions Developer – Integrations & Platforms

Overview

In this role you will design and evolve cloud-first solutions that enable enterprise integrations and automation across PATH’s platforms. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to understand existing patterns and migrate legacy systems toward scalable, secure cloud-native services. You will contribute to modernization initiatives that reduce manual work and strengthen operational resilience. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape PATH’s cloud architecture and improve health outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support cloud-based integrations and automation across enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand dependencies, risks, and migration opportunities for legacy solutions
• Enhance Azure-based components for scheduled jobs, messaging, configuration, identity, monitoring, and deployment
• Build and maintain integrations using API-, queue-, file-based, and scheduled processing patterns
• Strengthen CI/CD, deployment reliability, and environment management practices
• Troubleshoot issues across application, integration, deployment, data, and platform layers
• Improve documentation, monitoring, and knowledge transfer for critical services
• Partner with platform owners and vendors to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions
• Support modernization efforts and progressive ownership of cloud-first replacements or improvements
• Explore automation and AI-enabled capabilities to boost productivity and supportability
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure to transition on-premises and hybrid components to cloud-first solutions

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in cloud solutions development or related technical role
• Hands-on Azure experience with cloud-hosted services, scheduling, automation, and databases
• Experience with CI/CD and release automation (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Experience with REST APIs, messaging/queues, file-based integration, and data transformation
• Experience with SQL Server, ETL, or enterprise data pipelines
• Strong troubleshooting across production environments and cross-layer issues
• Experience with source control, environment promotion, and secure handling of credentials/secrets
• Ability to document solutions clearly and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team
• Legal authorization to work in PATH country offices
