Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across lifecycle stages on complex infrastructure projects/programmes
• Set strategy and challenge stakeholders to meet performance targets
• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing within your sphere; apply CDM and act as duty holder
• Shape the future vision of the business, driving innovation and sustainability
• Foster one-business collaboration across Turner & Townsend and client/industry partners
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and partnerships
• Coach, mentor and develop team members; establish succession planning and leadership pipeline
• Promote continuous transformation of services and prudent risk-taking to achieve goals

Key requirements

• Significant experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and clients on high-value, complex infrastructure programmes
• Proven ability to set and drive strategy inAmbiguous and challenging environments
• Strong leadership and performance management skills
• Practical understanding of CDM and duty holder responsibilities
• Experience with procurement forms (e.g., NEC) and managing contractors/consultants
• Experience in regulated environments and in consultancy or client-side project management
• Familiarity with sustainability applications in projects/programmes
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
