Product Content Writer (London)

Overview

As a Product Content Writer at Fresha, you craft clear, engaging content that helps partners and customers understand our products. You’ll own Help Centre articles, launch communications, video scripts and in-product copy in collaboration with Product, Design and Marketing. You’ll drive content for new launches, UX improvements and AI-enabled experiences, shaping how users interact with Fresha. This role puts you at the heart of product education and growth, with ownership across content projects and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creation of Help Centre articles and feature release communications
• Develop deep product understanding with Product Managers and translate complex features into accessible content
• Create Go-to-Market and UX copy to communicate value and improve usability
• Write Fresha Academy video scripts to support user confidence and adoption
• Contribute to AI-related content to showcase capabilities and educate users
• Lead content projects from ideation to delivery with cross-team collaboration
• Leverage content to support product launches and user education

Key requirements

• Content writing experience in technical, product, or SaaS environment
• Experience creating Help Centre content or technical documentation is a plus
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
• Curiosity for learning new technologies and translating complex features
• Collaborative approach with Product, Marketing and Design teams
• Proactive, organized with ability to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with content management systems, Figma, Miro and documentation tools is a plus
