Project Manager

Overview

In this role, you lead and deliver complex pharma/biotech facility projects from planning to close-out. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets while maintaining strong client relationships. Your efforts drive risk mitigation and ensure safe, compliant site execution. This position offers impact across design, construction, and operations, with opportunities to shape project delivery at a global engineering firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from estimate through close-out documentation
• Manage delivery of individual projects to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives
• Develop and maintain budgets, master schedules, and procurement strategy; control scope and cost events
• Oversee activities of Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and Site Superintendents
• Coordinate between design, construction, compliance, client, and subcontractor personnel
• Manage client interaction and foster positive relationships
• Identify project and enterprise risks and coordinate with executives to mitigate them

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related discipline
• 10-15+ years of experience in project delivery or related field
