Overview
In this role you partner with the Pan-European Sales organisation to optimise contract structures and maximize value for customers and Cadence. You serve as the financial and commercial link across pre- and post-sale activities, ensuring structures meet statutory and business requirements. You will work with Sales, Legal, Credit, and Revenue teams to support contract lifecycle management and deliver insights that drive long-term customer success. The position offers exposure to Europe-wide sales operations and cross-functional collaboration within a global tech leader.

Responsibilities
- Advise Sales on contract structure and commercial considerations
- Guide contracts through pre- and post-sale processes and resolve issues
- Coordinate between Sales, Credit, Revenue Accounting and Legal teams
- Liaise with delivery teams on services engagements
- Own contract flow from negotiation to order processing and credit management
- Coordinate with commission accounting teams
- Balance statutory, business and customer requirements in contract execution
- Maintain clear internal communication with stakeholders
- Manage enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, CPQ, JIRA, eDAoT)
- Produce ad-hoc commercial and financial reporting
- Travel 10% to support regional stakeholders
Key requirements
- Good commercial acumen for advising on contract structures
- Sound technical accounting knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously with multiple stakeholders
- Experience engaging with Sales at various levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Finance background or equivalent relevant experience
