Overview

As Field Service Supervisor for the North West, you will support safe, efficient service delivery and lead field teams across the region. You’ll drive customer satisfaction, coach technicians and apprentices, and contribute to regional KPIs. You work closely with planning to coordinate resources and uphold health and safety standards. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day field service activities to ensure smooth delivery
  • Lead, coach and support field service technicians and apprentices
  • Build positive customer relationships and ensure high service standards
  • Contribute to achieving regional operational goals and KPIs
  • Collaborate with planning to support scheduling and resource coordination
  • Assist with safety audits and timely documentation
  • Provide support for workshop activities when needed
  • Champion health and safety culture and policy compliance
  • Monitor regional connectivity performance and collaborate with diagnostic team to resolve issues

Key requirements

  • Experience in customer service and/or technical operations
  • Experience in a supervisory or team support role, or similar leadership experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
