Overview
In this role you will build a internationally recognized research portfolio while delivering research-led education across undergrad and postgrad programmes in Marketing and Strategy. You will pursue external funding, supervise postgraduate researchers, and forge regional to international collaborations with academia, industry, and professional partners. You will teach inclusively, shape curricula, support assessment and personal tutoring, and engage in broader School, College, and University activities. This is a collaborative, impact-driven academic position within a mission to advance knowledge, education quality, and civic contribution.

Responsibilities
- Develop a high-quality research portfolio and publish in top venues
- Attract external research funding and manage grants
- Supervise postgraduate research students
- Build regional, national and international collaborations with academic and industry partners
- Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching and contribute to curriculum development
- Support students through assessment, feedback and personal tutoring

Key requirements
- PhD in a relevant subject area
- Strong research outputs with international potential
- Experience of external grant activity
- Experience teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level
- Track record of supporting excellent student outcomes and progression
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams, develop networks and collaborations
