Overview
In this role you will model, simulate and analyze complex radar and Electronic Warfare systems, developing proof-of-concept models and signal processing algorithms. You will work within a multidisciplinary team on high-impact national security programmes, translating theory into practical, tested solutions. You’ll tackle challenging technical problems and help build robust simulation environments. This is a collaborative R&D role with meaningful technical responsibility and growth potential.

Responsibilities
- Model, simulate and analyse radar and EW systems and components
- Develop proof-of-concept models and signal processing algorithms
- Build and validate simulation environments for radar and EW applications
- Work on technically demanding problems with rigorous scrutiny
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a defence-focused context
Key requirements
- Experience in radar or Electronic Warfare modelling and simulation
- Strong background in signal processing algorithm development and validation
- Proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink and Python or similar languages
- Understanding of system architecture and complex system interactions
- Relevant degree in engineering, physics, maths or related discipline
- Defence, security, radar or EW experience preferred
