Impact and Measurement Program Manager, Ecosystem Investments

Overview

In this role you drive the global partnerships strategy to scale impactful programs and engage external and internal audiences. You will shape the impact measurement framework and use AI tools to amplify reach and outcomes. You’ll manage budget and operations for the focus area and partner with communications, GAPP, and marketing to align on goals. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role that combines strategy, analytics, and entrepreneurial opportunity to grow the media ecosystem with Google.

Responsibilities

• Lead global news program strategy with emphasis on impact measurement, marketing, and events for internal and external audiences
• Oversee development, deployment, and execution of impact measurement framework, leveraging AI tools to scale programming
• Manage budget and administrative tasks for the focus area, supporting the global lead to meet business requirements
• Partner with communications, Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP), and marketing to align goals and drive initiatives
• Contribute entrepreneurial thinking to identify opportunities and grow the media industry with Google

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, marketing or operations
• Experience in analytics and impact measurement
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Experience in technology and using AI tools
