Overview
In this role you will act as the connective tissue at the centre of Treatwell, partnering with the CEO and Executive Team to translate strategy into execution. You will own the operating rhythm, from annual planning to board reporting, and steer high-priority cross-functional programs across markets. You’ll turn complex performance data into actionable insights and drive accountability across senior leadership. This is a senior, high-visibility role shaping execution at scale in Europe’s leading beauty ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Partner with CEO, CFO and Executive Team to translate strategy into execution plans and coordinate annual strategic planning and quarterly reviews
- Own the company-wide OKR operating rhythm, monitor progress, challenge delivery risk and focus on high-impact initiatives
- Lead high-priority cross-functional programs with governance, milestones, reporting, interdependencies and blockers removal
- Analyze marketplace, SaaS and commercial performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and build business cases for investments and changes
- Coordinate Executive and Board reporting with concise, insight-led materials and timely delivery
- Prepare high-quality Executive and Board presentations translating complex information into actionable recommendations
- Track actions from Executive and Board meetings ensuring ownership and accountability
- Build trusted relationships across C-suite and senior leadership to influence outcomes without formal authority
Key requirements
- 10+ years in strategy, management consulting, business operations, Chief of Staff or equivalent roles
- Experience partnering with CEOs and Executive Teams on planning, execution and performance
- Experience in complex international or matrixed organizations across multiple markets
- Experience in or quickly capable of building expertise in marketplace, SaaS or platform models
- Proven track record leading enterprise-wide cross-functional programs and transformations
- Experience preparing Executive and Board-level reporting and presentations
- Strong commercial and financial acumen; ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Confident stakeholder influence and delivering outcomes without direct authority
- Highly analytical, structured, detail-oriented with bias for action
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a bonus
