Team Manager

Overview

As Team Manager in Adult Social Care & Health, you lead a fast-paced MDT to deliver high-quality outcomes for residents. You will guide professionals from diverse disciplines, support complex decision-making, and balance competing priorities. Apply the Care Act 2014 principles to promote independence and wellbeing, while contributing to workforce planning and service delivery. This fixed-term, part-time role focuses on safeguarding, reablement, and person-centred support to prevent or delay formal care needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality customer and stakeholder outcomes
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to professionals from different disciplines
• Support decision-making and resolve complex cases or issues
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining team performance and customer outcomes
• Apply Prevent, Reduce, Delay principles of the Care Act 2014 to promote independence and wellbeing
